Have you done a Whole 30 before? Whether it’s for a new years resolution, getting ready for a vacation or your body just needs a little reset, the Whole 30 is a fantastic ways to get your body feeling amazing!
I have done the program before, and then I stuck with a paleo diet for 2 years after. I know that it is the absolute best way I have ever reset my body and gotten rid of all the garbage I put into my body. It’s a fantastic way to find out what foods are causing you problems
I also know that 30 days is such a blink in the grand scheme of things and willpower to get through 30 days is not hard. There can be difficult moments of temptations, hunger and just boredom, but it’s not hard to have the willpower to eat only good foods for 30 days.
Whole 30 Timeline
I love the timeline that they share on their site because it is so spot on to how you feel while you go through one of these. The hangover, the kill all the things, the tiger blood and the 28 days is not 30 days phases…are all thoughts and feelings I had the first go around.
I made a timeline calendar that I can also use as a check off calendar to mark off the days I complete…I’m a day crosser offer (technical term) anyway and I like to see my progress. I thought there might be others out there too, so I thought I would share with any of you who want to take 30 days to reset your body.
