You’ll love getting super organized with this free weekly planner for your family command center.
Have you been wanting to get organized? I have wanted a cute family command center for a long time, and we finally got around to building one! Basically we just needed a space to hang a calendar, our keys, mail…and a weekly planner with notes, menu, groceries and reminders. Making this printable was exactly what we need to stay on top of our weekly to do list!
Menu planning saves us so much of everything…time, money and sanity. I don’t know about you, but one of the most obnoxious questions I can hear is “what’s for dinner?” Now, everyone can see what’s for dinner and during the summer when they don’t have homework and other responsibilities, we also write who’s in charge of making it! The joy of having older kids is a real thing.
I keep a running shopping list on my phone, but there is always something that needs to be added. Having a shopping list in the kitchen where everyone can add something as they think of it is super useful. The don’t forget and notes sections are great to write out jobs, reminders for upcoming projects, band concerts, games, birthdays etc… Everyone can glance at the weekly planner and see exactly what needs to be seen quickly.
Family Command Center
I am sharing my whole Family Command Center over on The Crafting Chicks, so be sure to go check out all the details on how I put it together over there! I love how it turned out. Our whole family can quickly glance what is going on each day, add notes and drop off mail and other important things in the basket…and not on my counter tops!
