I’m a little embarrassed by how easy it is to make a fiesta banner. Oh wait, no that is not me at all! I am never embarrassed that cute things are simple and when those simple cute things make even tacos more appealing, I am all for it!
DIY Fiesta Banner
Let me tell you about this cute little fiesta banner. Technically there are 4 different banners I made here…2 different designs in different colors, and 2 of each. The sombreros and all the supplies are from Oriental Trading Company. I used them for the kid’s fiesta party that I created for them. I love coming up with new fun parties all the time with their fun stuff!
These are seriously so simple that even my 5 year old was able to do 90% of the work (while I get to take all the credit, muahahahaha!).To be honest, the tissue paper and ric rac have been used around here for more than just this party because they aren’t fiesta specific. They really can go with anything and you can customize them to any color scheme you want! I think they would be super sweet in a nursery on a gallery wall. I don’t have any babies under 5 anymore, but I might be able to sneak one into my 12 year old’s room without complaint if it’s in the right colors! I really really love how darling they turned out! Be sure to check out the supplies and how to on Oriental Trading’s blog, so that you can have a darling fiesta banner too!
