This one is my DocMcstuffins countdown, and while it may not be a traditional Disneyland character, they are Disney Jr characters and my 3-year-old is obsessed with the cute doc and her stuffed friends! (Remember his doctor costume from Halloween?) I’m sure we will be enjoying the Disney Jr show more than once to see them “live” next month! If you are not going to Disneyland but have a fan in the house, this would make a fun birthday countdown or just a fun DocMcstuffins craft.
Doc McStuffins Countdown
My son is super happy about his little countdown, this is actually the first one I made, so I connected them all at the bottom with extra black loops that needed to be cut off before you actually got to the characters. My little guy thought that was taking too long and ended up taking all the black off within the first week, so we remedied that with the Disney Princesses, Mickey and Winnie the Pooh, and just added longer chains to the actual characters.
Again, I just used construction paper, tape and my sticky thumb to put them all together. For Hallie I also used a little thin red washi to make her candy striper dress loops. She and Stuffy are my favorite!
Oh, I am so excited to take this little guy! He is just going to eat it up! I love taking 3 year olds to Disneyland, they always still believe in the magic and are so excited by everything!
What’s your favorite age to bring kids to Disney?
