Well we’re nearing the end of our Disney vacation, and this is the last Disney post I will have for awhile. 🙁 I had so much fun making these DIY Disney autograph books! I made one for my daughter and one for my boys to share. My daughter has had one each time we have gone and the boys just shared with her when they cared. I purchased the other 2, at like $12 each, and thought each time that next time I would just make one. Finally did it! I thought about making each of my kids one, but then since I have so many kids I didn’t want to be “that parent” who takes forever at each character while a line of sweaty families wait for each kid to get their little book signed. Hopefully it works out! 🙂
DIY Disney Autograph Books
For the boys I cut out pieces of cardboard for the covers and wrapped them in white contact paper. I then used black washi tape around the edges.
For the cover of the Minnie inspired book I used cardboard again and then covered it in cute brown polka dot card stock.
For the vinyl I went into Silhouette studio and used this Minnie font and added some little embellishments that I made. Here is the studio file if you want to try and download it.
I added some pink vinyl on the edges of the book to give it a little more finished look. Then just because I can’t leave pink things un-glittered, I applied a heavy coat of Extreme Glitter Mod Podge.
Then I used The Cinch to punch all the holes for the paper and the covers. Easy and quick! I used pink card stock for the pink book and white for the black and white one.
For this book I used this cotton candy colored spiral binding. It was put together in less than a minute.
You just have to trim it with wire cutters and turn the edges in when you get through all the holes.
For this one I used the binding wires. So fun to have a book that looks great in minutes and barely cost me a thing!
Here they are open and ready to be filled with signatures from all of their favorite characters. 🙂And guess what? Just saved me about $30 or more on autograph books and pens…Churros for everyone!

Great idea! I still have my autograph books from childhood. This will be a great treasure for your kids too.
