This Gluten Free 3 Layer Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake is so yummy and is perfect for any holiday or get together!
Oh. My. Wow! I am in love with this cheesecake! My husband has been making it for years, when my out of town friends come to visit it is a requirement for him to make one. I think people drive hours more for the cheesecake than for my company, which is a little hurtful but I don’t blame them. It’s delicious! My hubby usually makes a graham cracker crust, but since I don’t handle flour well I decided to try it out using my flourless brownie recipe. One word. AMAZING! This 3 layer chocolate brownie cheesecake is a must for the table when you want something over the top good and sweet for dessert!
Oh man, I want a piece right now!
Okay, so I am a dope (no surprise there!) and forgot to take a picture of the brownie layer before I poured the cheesecake on it. I was just overly excited. I did take a picture of the cheesecake when it came out of the oven, see how it’s just barely golden brown around the edges and little spots in the middle. Perfection!
The sour cream topping really puts this cake from being one great cheesecake, to wanting to lock yourself in a room with it so that nobody hears your sighs and moans!
Anyone want to come share this with me? 🙂

I love tp make a Southern Pecan Pie in a beautiful dish like that.
I have never made a giant cookie or cheesecake in a pie pan. So I guess it’s pie. Pumpkin pie, apple pie, pecan pie, butterscotch pie!
Perhaps after I try your yummy recipe it will be cheesecake! But right now I love to make fruit pies! Thank you so much for having this giveaway! Great pics too!
I tried this recipe yesterday. And it’s amazing!! The brownies are so fudgy and good and the middle cheesecake part is just like a regular cheesecake but creamier. The top sour cream part wasn’t my favorite, but it was still good with the other parts. So easy and good, even though it’s gluten-free! Thanks for the recipe!
I love making blueberry, strawberry-rhubarb, & apple pies, cheesecakes, anything! I have a love for baking dishes and equipment:)
Giant chocolate chip cookies!
I love quiche. Thanks for the giveaway.
My favorite thing to make in a pie pan is an Apple Crumb Pie. Then I have to top it with icecream and enjoy with a cup of coffee, of course. Thanks for hosting the giveaway!

My favorite thing to bake in a pie dish is pie. Early in my cooking life, I learned to make a good pie crust, and I do it often, for desserts and for quiches. A favorite pie in our house is the Open-Faced Orange Marmalade Pie with Rye-Caraway Seed Crust from the Fannie Farmer Baking Book, but I think it would taste even better when baked in a beautiful Le Creuset pie dish.
I love to bake!!! I love the challenge and to send goodies to my husband’s office. My all-time favorite pie iis my mom’s apple crumb pie. I’ve recently made chocolate chess pie, buttermilk pie, Kentucky pie and derby pie. So much fun.
I make all kinds of things in pie pans! Frittatas, rolls, and sometimes even pies! 🙂 My new favorite pie is a triple berry pie with a lattice crust. A Le Creuset pie pan would be DIVINE!!!
I love a good cheesecake! Thanks for the chance to win!
My great-grandma’s buttermilk pie that I make for the family every Thanksgiving and Christmas!
