Um, so yeah, I can eat my weight in these things! I LOVE a good sandwich, and this is a GOOD sandwich! I love any chicken bacon ranch salad, sandwich, wrap, pasta, pizza…you name it, if it has chicken, bacon and ranch in it, I’m probably going to love it.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad
This is such a refreshing summer sandwich too, I love the added element of crunchy fruit and lettuce with the flaky croissant. It is seriously heaven. I make up a huge bowl of it and stick it in my fridge and try to make it last a few days. 
I also love the ranch instead of mayo. I will eat a chicken salad sandwich with mayo of course, but I love the tangy ranch in this. I like mine a little dry, and as my husband pointed out if I would have put more ranch in then it might have been overpowering. SO if you don’t like it as dry you might want to add some mayo instead of extra ranch dressing. Just some food for thought.
This is super easy to whip up and I know it will be a staple in my fridge all summer long. What are your go to salads in the summer?
