It’s Thanksgiving tomorrow, and I know some of you may still be thinking about how to decorate your table. I know I usually am this close to Thanksgiving! I am always adding little things right up until the last minute! I love dressing up my goblets for the holidays! I was thinking about placeholders and how I wanted to do them this year, and I thought it would be nice to kill two birds with one stone…and we like turkey, so we might need to kill two birds! 😉 I used some chalkboard vinyl and made these turkey chalkboard placeholders…on my goblets. You could totally put these on little tiles, napkin rings or on card stock or some other cute thing if you didn’t want to dress up your glasses.
Turkey Chalkboard Placeholders
I found this turkey on the Silhouette store and just applied them to the glasses. I saved the negatives so that I could use them for stencils on my Thanksgiving Banner.
After the turkeys were applied, I cut some Offray grosgrain ribbon to tie around the bottoms.
Once again I used my favorite Tulip gold beads in a bottle and embellished my ribbons with little gold dots. I love the dimension this product gives! This is a fast and easy project you can do today and still have them all ready for your table tomorrow! Use chalk to write everyone’s name, or leave some chalk for everyone to claim their own spot! 🙂 See the rest of my table here.
Happy Thanksgiving cute people! I am very thankful for you, and for all your support!
