May 1-5 this year is teacher appreciation week! This week I will be sharing a different printable tag each day and some cute ideas on what to give with them. Today I am sharing my apple teacher appreciation ideas.
EDIT: As you can see I spelled alligator wrong when creating this printable! Just know when you download it, the correct spelling will be on the print! Thanks for pointing it out all of those that did! 🙂
As many of you know, I home schooled my kids until just last year when I sent two of the four to elementary school. This year all three of my boys started at our elementary school on the first of the year and my daughter started middle school half way through. I now have no kids at home and am 100x busier. I don’t know how that happened, but I do know I appreciate teachers taking over the majority of the teaching of the reading and the math for my kids!
Teacher appreciation week is fun for me because I love making fun tags, giving gifts, and spoiling my teachers rotten! After teaching three of my children to read, ALL BY MYSELF, when my last one was taught primarily by somebody else…I wanted to kiss her full right on the mouth! I restrained, but only because I knew I would get to show my appreciation in more appropriate ways. 😉

When you think of teacher gifts, it’s hard not to think about apples! When I think of apples, I think of the letter A and flash cards…so for these gift tags I went with a flash card look.
I love these green apple favor containers from Oriental Trading and you can fill them with pretty much anything!
To make these cute gifts you will need:
