Making the World Cuter Monday (with Giveaway!)

So I am still in Utah. My husband left this morning to go back to Oregon, but the kids and I are having so much fun we just couldn’t stand to leave! So (unless he decides he’s better off with out us) Chad will be back for Christmas and we’ll go home then. Fun to be with all this family, sad to not be with him, I feel very conflicted this afternoon! :( :)
I am excited to have all this change of scenery around though, lots of inspiration, and lots of cute! Utah gals are very cute and ahead of the trends, so I love coming here and getting my bucket filled with cute thoughts and ideas to bring back home with me!
How did everyone do Black Friday shopping? My sister in law and I went out for a couple hours, but it was too crazy for us, and we ended up coming home nearly empty handed, but it was kind of fun to see the craziness.
Well if you don’t quite have your Christmas shopping done yet, then I would suggest looking into some of the cute Klutz sets for your kids, or the kids on your list.
My daughter got the Pom-Pom Monster Salon to try out and her and her cousin played with it for a couple hours the other day and had a complete blast! I can see many little pom-pom monsters getting made for little gifts around here in the near future. This is what KLUTZ says about this fun kit;

Arts, Crafts & Laughs! KLUTZ books are the Perfect Holiday Gift for Any Child!

With Pom-Pom Monster Salon, anyone can make pom-poms and turn them into stylish monsters. Use our exclusive pom-pom maker and follow our cutting and styling instructions to create perfectly coifed mop tops, afros, pigtails, and mohawks to name a few. Add tiny hair bows, punch-out feet, and foam horns and teeth for the final touches.

Bekah and Connor (her cousin) looked at this inspiration page and tried their hand at several, and then of course some of their own creations. All of their siblings got a new little monster friend. I need to go get more yarn for them because they want to make more now!

I love giving gifts like this because they spark imagination and creativity and my kids love to make things for friends and family members. Add one of these cute, or scary little guys to the top of a pencil, a hat or attached to a bookmark and it can make a fun little handmade gift.

Yay for us, KLUTZ is giving us a discount to use on our holiday shopping!

    Thanks for hosting! Those pom-poms looks so cute. I keep seeing them around the web so I think that might be a sign I need to check them out a little more.
